Kaenosys Technologies is a web development studio based in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. We build custom websites, web applications, and digital systems for businesses.

Contact form submissions: Name, email address, phone number, and project details you voluntarily provide when filling out our contact form.

Analytics data (via Google Tag Manager): Page views, session duration, geographic region, device type, and referral sources. This data is aggregated and anonymous — it does not identify you personally.

WhatsApp conversations: If you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages and phone number are processed through WhatsApp (Meta) under their privacy policy.

We use collected data only to:

• Respond to your project enquiries
• Understand which pages and content are most useful (analytics)
• Improve our website and service offerings

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use cookies through Google Tag Manager (GTM) for analytics purposes only. Specifically:

• Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _gid): Track aggregate site usage. Anonymous. Expire after 2 years / 24 hours respectively.
• GTM container cookie: Manages which tags load. Session-based.
